This coming Australia Day we want TLE to make it into the chart once again. The Living End have set the bench mark - 10 Hottest 100 entries in a row. We can't let them have a year off and let some other band have a chance of breaking this tradition, can we!!

So, once voting commences pretty please with a cherry on top, vote for TLE's Rising Sun, and make it 11 in a row for our boys!

i dont think making it into the hottest 100 with a cover is very nobel, i will be putting all my emails to use to vote for it, but i think TLE should have put something else out this year specifically for hottest 100 use.

i think that someone who controls TLE's myspace should have sent out a couple of bulletins just letting people know they are in there. coz a lot of people wouldnt have known. and i have been bombarded by bulletins from wolfmother and silverchair (if straight lines gets number one i will kill myself).

tle didnt send out anything about voting for them and of all the songs that were on state of emergency only wake up made it on when there should have been at least three.

I think there were a lot of years where they shoud have got more songs in then what they did. It probably doesn't help that the J site only ever lists the singles for TLE, but for other bands will list just about a whole albums worth of songs to vote for.

I listened to the countdown from the start, got into work and was very happy to see they were listening to it as well. Got up to number two (silver chair) and then they turned it off... Iv had to wait till i got home to find out who won.
I think Muse is a worth choice, so happy The Chair didn't take it out.

and just to add my own 2 cents, this heart attack... possibly the worst song i've heard with the exception of those 2 operator please songs... in fact all 3 make me want to induce my own heart attack just to spare me from listening to it. but i know i couldn't do that, so pretty much i just turn it off if i hear those songs.
