Oh /myfavourite album. I kept typing /australiasfavouritealbum for 5 mins and was wondering why it wasn't working.

I voted for:
Band: MUSE
Album: Black Holes and Revelations

Thats a nice idea.

I went with TLE's selftitled, but London Calling would be second.

*resurrects*

TLE got in at 45 with self-titled. Not bad! The rest of the list was decent, it had some weird ones.

...Gasp. Double thread.

I counted up all the albums I enjoy in the list and got a total of 18. Out of 100. Terrible.

Didn't mind the list but surprised at what made the Top 10. Why Abbey Road and Sargeant Peppers weren't 1 and 2 just proves that not everyone is as smart as me.

DSOTM was worthy of Number 1.

Can't say much about 2 and 3 though. Never a fan of the artists.

Probably because too many people liked them at school and I didn't want to be one of those people.

When Wolfmother even make that list, let alone do better than most, you know the earth is doomed.

When they got to number 5 without DSOTM i was like to dad "i will put $100 on it that DSOTM gets number 1". Too bad i didn't bet.

DSOTM never grabbed me as much as The Wall did. In fact, I don't rate it that much. I could see what they were trying to do, but it never amazed me. Some of the songs were brilliant, but I found a lot of filler. What seems to be the major drawcard of DSOTM for me was its innovation. I don't think it was as innovative as Sargeant Pepper's, which ranked lower.

There was also some startling omissions in the top ten. No Bob Dylan. No Rolling Stones. No Pet Sounds. Very surprised at that.

You could sort of tell this was an ABC poll with Grace and OK Computer getting there.
