Online Shop Woes.

About a week before christmas I bought an orange band tee off the online store, it arrived on christmas eve and much to my dismay it was a size too small. Seeing as it is stated online that orders will be changed for another size I sent it back the day after boxing day with the receipt with writing on it asking it for it to be swapped to a requested size. 1 month later and nothing has been sent back yet. I emailed the online store a week ago about the issue and they have yet to reply.

If anyone here is involved with the store, I would like to know what has happened to my order. If not, it would be appreciated if someone can supply me with a phone number I can directly contact whoever is in charge of dispatch. I have bought products from the store before, and if this issue can be resolved I will gladly buy from it again.

It's all been sorted now. I got the shirt today, and a few extras thrown in because of the wait :D.

I had a massive order ($100+) from dec 5th last yr. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and didn't recieve an email back from them until last week. I received the package this week with a few extras thrown in.

But still, I thought it was pretty poor form..they're usually really good with sending stuff out/replying to emails etc.

I don't know if its worth sending another email or not??

They were probably closed for the Christmas period, and I'd say orders and whatever would have been banked up...haha, that's just a guess though!

The only problem I really had was that I filled out my address incorrectly. I forgot to change Australia to Canada, because on PayPal, it had two address options [dunno why, it does this every time I order from there]. I'm a dork so I didn't really read it over to see if my address was correct and excitedly clicked "Pay Now".

I e-mailed them and they got back pretty quick and said that they'd fix it. :)

Even i've had problems with sizes...they shrink once you wash them too. I've a few TLE tops that are too small. My gyroscope ones are good though..they're made out of the same material as they guy's TLE tops which is good cos they're a little longer and they dont stretch/shrink! :D

I bought all my TLE shirts in my baggy stage, so I had to resize them all haha. Which is no biggie since I have a sewing machine in my room ^_^

I bought a shirt from the store in a big size and it looked like a dress on me and was very baggy. So I got a smaller shirt, mom traced it on and then made it into a slim fit. :D

Mine was way too big too, but I think I got a large, so that's probably why. I don't wear it that much, but it's good for an emergency its-too-cold-but-not-cold-enough-for-a-jacket trip to the shop for milk or something. It is comfy though!

I ordered some stuff with some left over cash on my pre-paid credit card. I ordered a couple packs of stickers that are 3 for $2. I only got 3 stickers though, it's annoying but cbf doing anything about it for the 3 stickers I didn't get

Problem # 1 - We got INUDATED with orders - 10 times more than we expected.

Problem #2 - BAD timing. Stocktake sales during imminent album set up / release has resulted in extra staff and Woody and Rae working 16 hour days trying to keep up.

Problem #3 - New staff helping means potential problems due to lack of training

Problem #4 - I yell at people when stock shows as sold out and it's not, so stock quantities were increased online to ensure availability. Unfortunately we had so many orders that we ran out of some items - very sorry about that

Problem #5 - Some of our white t-shirts have been damaged from being in brown cardboard boxes. They will be perfectly fine with a wash, but we didn't feel we could charge for them so refunds have been given

We are doing the best we can. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
