sheer terror

Hi
dunno if this against forum rules or whatever?
BUT
I have a save the day 7" that I'm THINKING of selling.
From all accounts these are pretty limited (500 were made?)
if anyone is keen EMAIL me (probs won't check here very often) with an offer
or would I be better off putting it on ebay?
Depends if you want to make top dollar, or know that it's going to someone who'll treasure it.

Bit of both haha
What do they usually go for?
Anywhere from $8 to very much more.
I have 3 copies, so I'm not looking to be greedy(er) and ask for it, but to my mind, the ideal situation with limited pressings like these, is that they go to die hard fans at a reasonable price.
Some of the prices have been stupid.
I'm sure you'll find someone here to give you a fair price without having to put it on ebay :)

I would throw a price out for you - but I can't afford anything right now!

well just remember I said I was thinking of selling it
Will only let it go for the right price
Used to be a huge living end fan. but havent listened to them for years (personally they jumped the shark with modern artillery and I haven't bothered with anything since)
But this does hold a few found memory's.

them there are fighting words mister :p
i dont think that MA is anyones fav album, but wasnt a reason to give up on them, and after hearing a bit of whats to come, you might wanna jump back on board.
That said, please pm me if you have any idea of a price

as i think ive said before MA>SOE any day for me... that said album no.5 is looking pretty good
my advice is to save it until they release something:
more of those crazy tle fans will be born, others will return and you will have a larger market willing to pay stupid amounts for crappy vinyl. ;)

Vinyl has better sound quality then compact discs, and always will have.
Sure, CD's a small and they'll last longer, but soundwise, no way.

I'd be interested ....
i didn't mean 'crappy vinyl' as in anything to do with the medium.
I really meant the 'crappy music that is on the crappy vinyl' :)

I think it's basically that CDs have a slightly limited frequency response or something like that, to do with digital recordings (CDs) having a set number of frequencies and analogue recordings (Vinyl) having everything in between. I'm no expert, but I think that's how it goes. Correct me if I'm wrong too, I would actually like to learn it better... There's also the thing that vinyl sounds 'warmer' than the crispness of a CD too I think... Again, no expert

yeah you're right. its just that you need an awesome record player and needle for it to sound good where as you could use any CD player (that worked) for a cd to sound the same across the board. vynil has better sound quality yes. modern dvd's almost match they're quality but.
just type into google cd vd vynil quality

I love vinyls, I don't own a lot, but they're great to have. My dad has his old turntable kicking around still, which is awesome because it still works. Kind of a bitch to find speakers that will hook up to it though! Plus, it's bulky and I can't seem to find a shelf in my bedroom that will give it permanent accommodation.
What songs? Just Save The Day or another song or 2? cos i'm definately interested.
