Picked it up today after being turned away last night... fair enough.

It's a good listen, but very "Oasis / Beatlesy" influenced. I expected better, but this is alright.

Infiction, the Australian release date was 30th of September. The rest of the world is October 3rd.

It's a bit shoddy with all the various Jet websites around, but www.jettheband.com.au is the one for Australia. (Funny about that.)

I only ever liked 1 Jet song and that was "last chance" so i doubt I'll be picking this up, although i could almost wager my aunt and uncle will give it to me for xmas because its the type of music you can "jam" to. *rollseyes*

The "omg they ripped off the beatles" thing is getting old. Everyone rips off the Beatles. Deal. Have you heard the new Silverchair single? Its a great song, but try to tell me it isn't heavily influenced by the Beatles and keep a straight face.
