Oh I love Carl Barron, he's a classic! Jimeoin, Wil Anderson, Danny Bhoy, Robin Williams, Adam Hills, Ross Noble... yeah, that coveres a few of my favourites. Does David Strassman count? I've never actually had the chance to see any of them live, though.
Jimeon is a great guy.
He came to our radio station and did an hour on air for our 50 hour marathon. I've never cried so much becaue he was funny.
And half the time we couldnt understand him.

One of the best stand up comedians is (was) Mitch Hedberg.
He died recently of a drug overdose but his comedy is still going around. He released 2 albums and a stand out act from him was his comedy channel presents special.
Watch it. Love it.

I remember seeing Mitch Hedberg on one of the Comedy Festivals televised on telly, he was hilarious.
My favourite comedians are Lano and Woodley. I've seen them live twice and I'm trying to convince mum to buy tickets to their second Goodbye show, but she thinks it will just be the same show. Live comedy is so much funnier than what it is on tv. I don't think I've ever laughed as much as what I did when they performed a few months ago. My face was hurting within the first 5 minutes from all the laughter.
I like a lot of other comedians, but I can't be bothered listing them. It doesn't take much to make me laugh.

Ross Noble
HAHAHA!! I love him.
He made up some rumour that Ray Martin had tiny feet, and had to wear kid shoes under his normal ones.
I've seen Lano & Woodley twice, awesome.

AfroAmericans tend to suck pretty hard in my opinion. Chris would probably be alright in my opinion. As is Dave Chapelle.
But they still flog the "i'm black" message til it ain't funny no more though.
you just don't get it you nerdy honkey cracker whitey butthole.

That's cos they're telling jokes from they're point of view! Eddie Murphy's Delirious has to be one of the FUNNIEST stand up comedies of all time. I've noticed a lot of white comedians use his material but just package it differently. Amazing how something from 20 years back still has such an impact on the comedy world.

They can tell jokes from "they're" point of view all they want, but as a white Australian, it's not particularly funny. Eddie Murphey is a genius though. Until he made a whole heap of shit movies.

Hahaha, I'm in a comedy society and only last week I had a line in a sketch where I had to call somebody a "white honkey cracker bitch." Strikingly similar insults.
In terms of stand up comedians, Tim Minchin followed by Dylan Moran followed maybe by Dave Gorman would be my preferences. I'm not a huge fan of stand up though, Fry & Laurie is where it's at!
