I type in the code thing and it says Click to Download, which I do, then it starts to download but then it says something about a file error or something?
If it doesn't do that, it goes to something saying 'Download limit exceeded' or else it lists all these IP addresses and stuff.

It does so many different things like that but it never works :(

State_Of_Emergency - You just need to type in the 3 letter code into the box in the top right hand side and then wait for it to countdown and hit download (after closing the orange box that covers it).
