Legendary early 90’s Australian punk rockers NURSERY CRIMES are reforming for a couple of exclusive shows later this year. Fronted by vocalist & Bodyjar song writing partner Phil Rose, the band existed between 1989-1993 playing alongside Fugazi, ALL, The Rollins Band, Mudhoney, The Hard –Ons & The Meanies.

The band’s LP’s “No Time For That Crime” & Fun Hurts” were released in both Australia & Europe

Joining Rose will be original members David Dixon, Davarj & James Mc Innes. The drum seat will be filled by legend & all round nice guy Ross Hetherington (ex-Bodyjar).

Shock Records will be releasing a NURSERY CRIMES compilation to coincide with the tour.

They're playing at Ruby's tonight and the Corner on Saturday. Who's going?

Oh well we can live in hope, and how good was it to see Mr Sco behind the drums again, the man is a bloody legend lol

Yeah I agree, the show was fantastic! Good to see that Billy Sko and Phil can still kick it up on stage. Fucken weird to see Phil like that though, I'm so used to the little placid polite man hahaha.

Yeah yeah, went to the show, had a blast! Great to see Dixon, Phil and Davarji back in action at last! Last time I saw 'em was when I was fifteen at Bayswater all ages, they used to rule the roost back then. Any word on any other shows they might be doing? Is there a web contact I can e-mail the band on?

They were just a one-off thing as far as I'm aware dude. As for contacting the band, there is an email address on their website (http://www.nurserycrimes.info/).
