I was at Raiders last home game of the season the other weekend against the Storm. It was great to see Jason Croker's last ever home game, he's always been one of my favourite players. I was a Raiders supporter when I was a kid.

Last weekend I was in melbourne for Storm's last home game of the season and to see the boys pick up the minor premiership and sheild, woohoo!!!!

Didn't leave the social club till after midnight, was too busy celebrating, getting blind with mates and players, it was such a great night. I came home monday night and the next night I was at the Dally Ms like every other year. Tawera Nikau was there with the NRL which was great, and managed to get another photo with him after the big night.

I have lost my voice. I havent felt emotions like this in such a long time, so mixed aswell. with 20 minutes to go, I was freaking out badly and my heart was racing, realising what is reality and that we were gonna do it and play next weekend.. I managed to get on tv around 4 times... we were pretty well prepared for celebration mode with all our party supplies just incase... brilliant, amazing.. I just don't know what to say.. just so happy right now that the boys have made it this far, wooooohooooo. I've got a week to recover, I hope I have my voice back by then.... I'll also be on the field when the storm players run onto the field as im part of the banner crew, so fuck yeaaaaaaaaaah, bring it on :D :D :D

i hate rugby league.

I was sorta like that when the Warriors lost in the 2002 Grand Final. I didn't watch the last 15 minutes, it was too painful, knowing that we were leading at halftime and to somehow just lose the greatest feeling, LITERALLY greatest well into the 2nd half hurt me. Still, that was the proudest moment for me being a Kiwi, nothing could top that, unless the Warriors actually win a GF sometime. While we lost, i couldn't help but be extremely proud of what we had acomplished. GO THE STORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find this pretty funny, a lot of the "i follow sydney teams so I dont care about the grand final"..ahhh. these are 2 elite teams who've deserved to be there since day 1, and I'm not just saying that cos I'm Storm. This will shape up as one of the best grand finals in recent years, the way footy should be played.

Both teams played great... though we didnt the whole time.. dropped balls and so on. Was great for Webcke. Got nothing against the Broncos.. but I'm sure it should have been 14-all in the dying minutes. Probably the worst referee performance I've ever seen which cost us the game.. I dont care if the ref puts in a shit performance during the season, but when it comes to winning the trophy.. its just wrong.

I'll be going to more Souths games next year now Kidwell will be there. Always got on well with him over the years. Cant believe its all over. It didnt even feel like the grand final at times.. being on the field with the banner was fun though, I left my nerves in the tunnel. To next year!

Yeah he's a very very very very good player. So tall, yet so bulky, and good overall speed and acceleration, which is perfect for League. Nathan Fien looked great in a Kiwis Jersey!!!!!! Hmmm....peoples thoughts about the possibility of All Black great/legend Jonah Lomu possibly signing on as a winger for the Gold Coast Titans? Me thinks he could do ok, he'd basically be the biggest player on the field and i think that's a bit of an advantage, but his accleration off the line and rushing defenses shutting down the 10 metre gap pretty quickly whenever he'd get the ball is a whole different story. If he still has the bump and step in his game, he'll be a major threat, but from the North Harbour games i've seen him play since his comeback, i'm not sure if it's still there, there were glimpses, but the leg strength looked basically non-existent and he got shut down quickly, so we'll have to wait and see. Big props to him though, to comeback from the shit he's been through and to possibly ressurect his career even more then he already has, Jonah should be mega proud. And that slight possibility of him putting on the Kiwi jersey for League, doesn't sound too bad at all.
