Beck is coming to Australia WOOOOOT

The 3rd Announcement!

Putting all speculation to rest, the complete line up for the first Australian V Festival is now set in stone. Are you ready? Our new additions are none other than:

Beck
New York Dolls
New Young Pony Club
Nouvelle Vague
The Valentinos
The Ghosts
Whoa. In his only Australian shows, Beck will be bringing his incredible catalogue of songs and simply astounding stage presence to Sydney and the Gold Coast V Fest. From the Odelay days to his latest releases, Beck's eclectic 75 minute set will dazzle all comers.

The New York Dolls will be appearing for the first time ever on our sunny shores, ready to bring their proto punk style to an audience who's been pining for a tour since the early 1970s.
And to compliment these heroes of yesteryear, we've put together a collective of some of the heroes of tomorrow.

New Young Pony Club have been receiving (new) rave reviews around the world in anticipation of their forthcoming album. Nouvelle Vague are leaders of a French artisan sound that is changing the way the world looks at remix culture playing a collection of acoustic bossanova covers of 1980s classics.

But we needed some leaders of the local new school too! The Valentinos and The Ghosts will be on show to demonstrate the depth of the Australian emerging band scene, and that they can hold their own with the world's best.
