So to those who have already seen tle, whats the new merch like? I'm interested in prices too as i'm fairly broke atm. Love the look of the red and black stripey shirt, i'll probably just get that.

I dunno how much it was though, as I didn't get the time to go to the merch shop at the gig.

Its black/grey, with a white hood and white sleeves, has grey checkers on parts of it, says THE LIVING END across the chest, has the logo on one arm and... something else... on the other arm.

I want one.

It's it a normal hoodie George? Because I remember reading somewhere that it was "three quarters" and I have no idea if that means three quarter sleeves or if it cuts off in the "body" bit.

Yeah I think it 3/4 sleeves. Its definately not one of those cut-off things.
And I think its made of T-shirt material rather than jumper material, but i can't say for sure. :)

I got the stripey shirt - it's fucking awesome! Best shirt there by far. I didn't like the new tour shirts or the red SOE one. Hoodies weren't really my thing and I don't really like the jacket. Certainly not enough to pay $70 for it. Only regret is I was $5 short from getting the socks! I left $10 at home thinking I wouldn't need it :(

On the May tour, I bought 2 shirts and a pair of socks at the start of the gig. It was a PAIN IN THE ASS trying to hold them all whilst in the mosh. I ended up losing the socks and had to buy another pair. (I almost lost the 2nd pair as well on the street but sssshhh).

If I waited until the end of the show, would there be massive lines? Or more importantly, would the tour shirt/hoodie be sold out?

I didn't get to the barrier even though I was second row from the start. I had a moron of a girl next to me who was making it very hard just to stay where I was, let alone get to the barrier. Mel and Caitlin did but not until some time during The Living End. I recommend if you get in after the barrier is filled up, it will probably be easier to get to the barrier from the side rather than right in the middle.

Yeah. Side has worked for me before but middle is nuts trying to get through a brick wall.

Generally if you go from the side, you'll end up in front of Chris or Scott, because in the first 2 minutes those over enthusiastic girls dead center will have to be hauled out because they get crushed. I love those girls. I wave as they are carried out. :D

Do you think that if I take the shirt I bought last night up to the merch desk, they'll let me exchange it for a size bigger? I mean, they'll probobly think I bought it tonight (if that makes sense) and let me do it, hopefully.

Should be alright. I saw a bloke I hadn't seen for years at TLE a couple weeks ago, and he had a shirt that he won in a competition and he went and changed it for his size.

I found that my tour shirt from May was the same sizing as the one I bought last week. If they're the same make as the others on the online store, then I guess a small would be the same as the next small?
I was aloud to hold stuff up to myself and properly check the sizing of things before I got anything last week, so that should help too.

I noticed it too. It's really easy to tell because of the stripes. Since the stripes are straight lines you notice if other things on top of them aren't.

My friend bought the attached teeshirt at Friday's gig. She had a concern:
You will notice that part of the 'G' from LIVING and the 'E' and 'N' from END are missing the black print. I have not washed the shirt and only wore it on top of another shirt when driving home from the concert. She's wondering if anybody else has this problem with theirs.
