Well they are playing The Great Escape Festival is Sydney and the lineup was just released online at about midnight and it'll be all over Triple J tomorrow so it only makes sense! See the thread in Gig Talk for more info

Man, I cracked up when Chris said the thing about The Living End already being a cabaret act, not because it was funny, but because it sounded as if he was waiting for laughs and nothing. Just awkward silence.

Grrr, I got excited about the Great Escape only to go online and find out its in Sydney.

I heard it on the radio this morning, i dont remeber alot cause i was half asleep. i went to download it but its gonna take 1hr and 2min...so from memory, there were a few awkard pauses hah and i thought it was interesting that thier tour bus go fucked up and they had to get a new one. and chris mentioned about them having to do a punk rock song for something i dont know about...heh told you i cant remember half of it. oh and alina i remember that bit about the cabaret thing..yes very awkard silence..him and his lame jokes hehe

if it was the entire tour bus, THAT would suck, but it was just their trailer. When Jay (or the Doctor, I can't tell 'em apart) asked if anyone was hurt, Chris said "only the U-Haul" which I dunno why, but I found it pretty amusing.

The punk rock song thing, I think its somewhere in headlines, or just go to TLE's myspace and all shall be revealed. Pretty much Chris is participating in a benefit punk rock karaoke type gig with a bunch of punk legends.

Well, i was up at 7 so stop complaining about not getting sleep.

Anyway, i was listening with mum while eating and they said "we will have a special uest to announce the lineup for whatever it's called" and i'm like "I kNOW WHO IT IS!!" and then the interview was on and i found it funny how they kept teling him to do a simple plan song.

And then they played 'Til the end and it was prett good It made stacking the dishwasher that 'lil bit better!
