The good folks at Trashville present a raucous night of rockabilly, pshcyo and punk goodness at the Arthouse Hotel, North Melbourne on Friday March 3rd 2007.

Headlining the night will be Sydney's Casino Rumblers and Japanese ex-pat punkers Mach Pelican. Also appearing are Melbourne products Spent Shells, Perfect Sin and Runaway Boys.

Holly from Trashville will also be spinning good old punk rock, rockabilly and psycho tunes all night.

Big kids only. Sorry.

Sorry, sorry. It just kills me that there's two gigs with ridiculous line-ups that I'm missing, as well as Dropkick Murphys. And then Wolf Call back in October. Not to mention 100 other things. You were a bit of a late bloomer Cam... reason?

Mach Pelican are like a Japanese Ramones or Radio Birdman.

Spent Shells are street rock n roll or, as Wes described it to me when I met him, Friday night punk rock. Think the Bouncing Souls.

Perfect Sin are psychobilly.

Runaway Boys are rockabilly mixed with glam rock.

Yep....the only problem is I will also have the famous Mary Boukovalas (Beat photgrapher) to be competing with :p

I met her at Lee Rocker but had seen her around hepas and always loved her work so went and said g'day. Nice girl. She showed up at the Currency gig and I accused her of stealing my thunder because,well, shes a better photographer than me :p

But I'll be doing some work for the Trashville site and a lot of the shots will prolly end up on FL....
