1. The promoter is Hutchison 3G Australia Pty Limited ABN 76 096 304 620 (the “Promoter”).
2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, and are customers of the Promoter. Individuals and companies associated with the Competition and employees and directors of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.
4. The prize consists of:
a. One major prize, consisting of two tickets to the Raise The Alarm Tour in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth, value $119.80 (GST inclusive)
b. Two backstage passes with the opportunity to meet the bands The Living End, Gyroscope and Tame Impala.
c. A guitar lesson with The Living End’s guitarist (at a date to be set)
d. If the major winner is from Adelaide, prize includes two return economy airline tickets from Adelaide to Melbourne departing Friday, May 15, valued up to $600 (GST inclusive)
e. If the major winner is from Adelaide, prize includes one night’s accommodation for two in a four-star hotel, valued up to $350 (GST inclusive).
f. Total major prize value up to $1070 (ex Adelaide).
g. Five runners-up prizes consisting of two tickets to the Raise The Alarm Tour in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth, value $119.80 (GST inclusive)

5. To enter the Competition customers must:
a. Download a Gyroscope, The Living End or Tame Impala music track, music video, tone or Call Me tone before March 31, 2009 and answer the following question in 25 words or less on the Raise The Alarm Tour Competition page on Planet 3: What song would you like The Living End’s guitarist to teach you to play and why?
(the “Entry”).
The cost of an Entry is $3 for a music track or video, $5 for a tone, or $4 for a Call Me tone. There is no limitation on the number of Entries per customer.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries.
7. Competition commences at 12am on February 26, 2009 and closes at 4pm on March 31, 2009.
8. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The best Entry will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the “Judge”) to be the winner. The winner will be notified within five days of the Competition closing date. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. []Where the Competition’s terms and conditions are altered in a material way prior to an Entry being submitted and the Promoter has not taken reasonable steps to inform the entrant of the alteration, a refund of the Entry cost will be provided by way of credit to the entrant’s account.
9. Entries must not contain any obscene, offensive or defamatory material. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry based on such content. Each entrant agrees to release and indemnify the Promoter and to keep the Promoter indemnified, from and against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained by the Promoter arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by an entrant, the use of the Prize or any breach of these terms and conditions.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of valid entry into the Competition, including but not limited to proof of identity and/or proof of residency and proof of age (if applicable) in order to claim the Prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
