I would use words but I don't think anything can describe.
Another new song from Young Modern was premiered on Triple J today. Forget Straight Lines. All Across The World is in a completely different league. This song has left me in awe and in absolutely no doubt that this album will blow my mind. It is going to be out of this world.

It will be released on the Straight Lines single on saturday, and will be the final track on Young Modern (March 31 release).

Not to spam the thread... but is anyone interested in seeing Silverchair this Saturday at Push Over...?

In other news, I haven't actually heard any of Silverchair's new stuff. I'm a fan of their earlier releases but I've heard mixed views about their latest stuff.

Eh. It's alright, but Silverchair just aren't my cuppa.
Daniel John's voice gets a bit annoying
I prefer the balls to the wall rock and roll that was once silverchair. Not their ballads and stuff.
Though I liked Neon Ballroom, but not Diorama.

Yeah neither songs really do anything at all to me, except want to turn it off.
Its very cliche but Im with Kev, I like their old stuff better than their new stuff.

I heard the song on Triple J today. I think it'll grow on me. But yeah, I definitely prefer the rockier side of them. There's a bit too much disney sorta music going on.
Apparently there are a couple more new songs on youtube...
This is the first new Silverchair song I have heard. It's good for what it is - that is, new Silverchair, but I'll always remember them as being their first 2 albums' style - I still haven't adjusted so much to this. It'll grow on me I think.

There have been a lot of new songs available for a fairly long time now, but this only the second studio recording that's been released.
